I was having a bad day. I was trying to squeeze in haircut appointments for my 2 kids to attend my brother-in-law's funeral. Yep. Just an emotional/stressful day to start. (And I had my dog with me because I was trying to get her out-and-about before we left her home alone for several hours for said funeral.) I check in online and drive over there. By the time I completed the appointment, the time had changed and I was bumped to the next available. So, I go in-store, check-in, and am told I have like 17 minutes. I put a timer on my phone and start walking the neighborhood with the dog and kids. We come back in the store with about 1-2 mins to spare. But they had already called a new person. And now I had another 15 min wait. As I'm standing there in the lobby, looking obviously present, one hair stylist hardly acknowledged me. Wouldn't make eye contact with me. It's fine if you've skipped me, but come and talk to me for a second. While I'm standing there, my phone alarm that I had set for the 17mins starts to beep. I say aloud how oh look, I was back before I was told to, and yet they skipped me and wouldn't even come and say anything to me, like a simple "sorry, we called your name but you weren't here even though it was earlier than we told you, etc..." So I'm annoyed, and flustered because I'm tight on time. And a manager comes out and apologizes and tells me the boy's haircuts will be given free of charge. I was so appreciative. I tried to still pay but they told me it's okay. So I wanted to come on here and give that manager 5 stars, for having excellent customer service. I realize your time estimate CANNOT possibly be 100% accurate, and I think you have a pretty cool system (my first time to a Sport Clips) and appreciate that. I still think the one stylist was kinda rude, but that's okay, the manager's kindness totally makes up for it. So thank you, for making that crappy day just a little better. And my 2 kids looked very nice for the funeral.

First time at this location. They were fast and friendly my stylist Julia was amazing and my fade looks great definitely my new spot!;!!

Mylisa did an awesome job not only in helping adjust my haircut details, but also gave great advice on some changes that really helped the overall look. Was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Five stars and 10 out of 10!!
